What Brings Individuals to Therapy
Begin When You’re Ready
A Warm, Interactive Approach
With thirty years of clinical experience, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each person — cognitive-behavioral techniques, psychodynamic exploration, mindfulness, and attention to the mind-body connection. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and direct.
As a Clinical Instructor at NYU School of Medicine and Co-Director of the Program in Human Sexuality at NYU Langone, I bring both clinical depth and academic rigor to every session. The goal is always practical relief alongside deeper understanding.
Sessions are conducted virtually by secure video for residents of New York State.

“Therapy is rarely about fixing one specific problem in isolation. The strands of a life are woven together — anxiety, depression, relationships, work, sense of self. The work is to gradually understand the patterns underneath, and from that understanding, real change becomes possible.”
