Payment & Insurance

All services of Amy Rosenberg, LCSW are provided on a self-pay basis. Amy Rosenberg does not participate with any insurance plans, or with Medicare.

In many instances, your health insurance plan may cover portions of (or) your entire cost of treatment. Patients are provided with insurance-compatible billing statements for submitting to their insurance company for possible reimbursement.

You may want to check with your insurance company in advance to determine how they cover outpatient mental healthcare – and what, if any pre-authorization may be required.
